You cannot port your I-140 to the new company. So, your H1B will also get affected as it extn is based on the underlying I-140. The only way you can accomplish moving to company B is by filing for I-485 while still at Company A (if your dates are current), wait for 6 months and then, use the AC21 provision.
This is just my view. There might be better ways but, that is the only one I can think right now.

I would like to make most of the form thread details be accessible to members who had paid at least $100 or enrolled for recursive $20/month. We should make the thread heading very attractive and make it accessible to public. Core members should review all the thread headings, I think they are already doing it now. I can volunteer to this activity. I do have 8 years of experience in studying US immigration law, though I am not a lawyer, with my experience I can be of some guidance.

Provide advertisement (Ad), like we see top, right side and bottom page Ad in hotmail, yahoo etc. Apart from the flash, images Ads, we should also do Google text Ads. Flash Ad could be charged based on the space, number of page hits. Google pays 25 cents per click on the hyperlink for the text Ad. I had managed a project, which implemented the feature. I am sure we have lot of technical experts and get this implemented, very well.

If a corporation sponsors money then most probably there will be some tax advantage. I do know IV�s tax code. Consulting companies could pay IV from our company account.

We can identify all our physician members and provide help for members and their parents in need. In turn the members who had taken help could contribute to IV�s good cause, in terms of funds, taking part in activities, etc. Hi the concept is very simple, if you had gone to a doctor, you will end up spending 2 hr waiting to see the doctor and then pay 150 to talk to them for 15 min. We will help you and intern you help us, or may be help yourself if you are a person going through the GC process. I can take initiative for this task, my wife is a physician and I know 20 other doctors who are in the GC process.

We are all aware of what going on at the Senate floor and also about the ammendments that put forth on the floor. So my question is clear anc simple what ammendment is supported by CORE IV and what are we looking for.
Because the passing of the current version of the bill will effect all the old cases which many people are in and I wont allow that to happen. I will try my best to avoid this situation to happen. Even though i have a MAster in engineering I will not support SKIL progran that will void the previously pending cases. Good try core IV yto make member to work towards the betterment of few people You know what such people are called" SELFFISH". Guys beware on whaT ACTIONS YOU ARE DOING SO THAT YOU WONT REPENT.
Please feel free to influence any bill any way you please. Seems like you are in cotrol of your destiny. When you point that SELFISH finger at the IV core, also look at the three fingers pointing back at you.
The IV position on the pertinent amendments already discussed on the floor is on the the front page of the website.

Maybe the definition of project managers varies by company. Most PMs I know have maybe around 6-7 years of work experience and I definitely wouldn't classify them as executives or even say that their employment is in the National Interest.
However I do know of some cases where doctors have got NIW based on practicing in an under-served (rural?) area.
Is there a way to prove that one who created a suite of applications without which a business unit will stop functioning comes under National Interest?
Just a thought.

Oracle applications, Oracle financials, Siebel, SAP are good fields to enter. Data warehousing is hot and a lot of people get trained. Consulting companies have fulltime trainers and there are a lot of courses you can take.
These are good end points. Start a little more basic to get good underpinnings.
I think, also, that if you don't know what you want to do, go for a BSc. in computer sci. If you do, take specific courses.
For system Admin, I'd recommend Redhat.com's courses. The world is going Linux. Play with it and mess it up. Re-install. All part of the fun. Hack some Bash/Perl scripts.
For coding I'd learn C first. Get good with pointers etc. Then learn Object Orientated PHP or Java. C isn't the easiest of languages, true. If you have problems, fall back to BASIC.
PHP and Java will get you started with web stuff and databases fairly quickly too. Start with Mysql. Then Postgresql. That'll get you ready for Oracle (the database) and you can then learn the applications that run on it.
If you learn the high end apps w/o learning the low end, you're code may be beautifully written but horribly inefficient.
They'll ask why an MBA/HR guy wants to be a grunt. Consider volunteering for an open source project for street cred. sourceforge.net has a bunch of projects.

lets not act as children and pick fights with AILA. Please remember, due to their vested interest, there is NO ONE else who is more PRO-immigrant than AILA.. not even tech-employers..
So if they are saying situation might be fluid and if they are saying not to spread rumours.. then so BE it..
I hope I am wrong but seems like tiny access and frustration is causing few IV core members BIG heads ..

Before people start dumping on me.. please note.. we are among friends here and one of the ways to keep in check these things is to call upon friends when you feel they made a mistake.. and I FEEL IV made a mistake.. Labor substitution is bad for those who can't find one and good for those who found one. I didn't find one so it's bad for me. But 1 thing the DOL came up with the substitution rule is that 45 days labor expiry rule. Just can't believe the administration can harrass people to that level. When labor substitution is in place what's the point of this 45 days rule ???

I have talked to my lawyer. I am also the victim of the same mistake. My lawyer has filed G-325 for me and my wife instead of G-325 A.
But my lawyer said that his firm has been filing G-325 for quite a while and had no issues with it.
I hope it should not be an issue. The content on both forms is exactly same.
