her in any direction. She need to contact an immigration and possibly civil and criminal attorney. An immigration attorney might lead her in the right direction. Super moderator already suggested that so please listen to what he said. Estrela please don't waste your time looking for answers in this thread. well i got marriage church, but we didn't got are license yet, because my husband have some problem in court.( he is a citzen) We'll know if he will go to jail or not in march 31.
my question is:
since we don't know if he will or not. I need to know if i can start my paper with the immigration?
because if he goes to jail.. how we will do the interview if he is not here to go?

Hi,
Even i reviewed the list of NOC on their site but I don't see any chages. But i could see one thing on that pdf list is the date still says February 5, 2009. So it;s not updated as per April 15,2009 if they revised the list.
So need to find out wether they revised the list of NOC or not..
any one knows???

Dude!! Don't even think of applying for AOS now. The dates are not current and you have some issues with your H1-B. Please consult an Attorney immediately!!!!......
I am from a non-retrogressed country. For me the priority date is always current...both in October and November visa buletin. I understand, there are some issues. Do you know, what can happen at worst case ?

I would have love to see a section to show that we are law-abiding and the contribution of our family to our community and the economy. For instance my son has graduated college and now working, paying taxes and contributing to the US economy. And I am sure that most of you here who have college age kids are sending them to colleges and sometimes even paying out-of-state tuition to boot.

How do you know AP is approved for multiple entries?
I thought AP in general is for multiple entries.
Is there a way to tell from your approval notice it your AP was approved for multiple times?

If you read the AP it say in the bold letters that " This authorization is valid for multiple applications for parole into the US during the valid period noted above "

"An employee who resigns before completing one year with G Inc from the date of obtaining the Green Card or during the application process will have to pay USD 7500 towards reimbursement of processing costs"
I am leaving them using AC21.... but I am paying this money...
I suppose its valid contract....

I do understand the fact that there are contracts out there but my points are:
1) Can the company ask us to reimburse them for the labor cert fee (via a contract) - application and legal, especially since DOL requires the company to pay those dues?
2) Can the company ask us to reimburse them for ALL fee including application fee, which again is something that they are responsible for?

guys, do u see any issues/problems on Landing Canada while pending 485 and coming back on AP.
I have my valid H1b renewed but visa expired on my passport and my spouse has valid AP. I heard that there is a problem on US immigration process if you have Canadian PR during your 485 pending?? IS anybody gone thourgh in this situation???

So that implies it is not required. also the correct spelling is mandatory.
The solid evidence is the number of RFEs that have been issued by USCIS if you do not have a skin test.

1. My lawyer clearly said you can't, unless you file it together with AOS.
2. I765 and I131 forms. Everything else has already gone in with the AOS.

The reason for rushing the application is that it could retrogress midway during the month of July. It may seem unlikely but you never know. That's one reason to file it as early as possible.
But i did not know the attorney would like to file it in June for me. I just wanted to find out if anyone's sent it early and received receipt.
It doesn't matter if it retrogress midway during the month of July, USCIS must accept ALL otherwise eligible I485s filed by July 31. While Priority Dates could retrogress say in August, USCIS will adjudicate I-485 applications that were filed prior to retrogression only if the individual�s Priority Date is current at the time they review it. For example, if your Priority Date is EB-3 06/01/2006 and the August 2007 Visa Bulletin retrogresses that category�s date to 04/02/2006, USCIS will continue to hold your pending I-485 but will not process it until your 06/01/2006 Priority Date becomes current again. Therefore, one�s Priority Date (the date the Labor Certification Application was filed) will likely again supercede the filing date of the I-485. While it is important to file the I-485 by July 31, it is probable that no advantage will be gained on the basis of one having been filed earlier than another.
